The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet is getting a new expansion.
The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet — Surging Sparks introduces players to Stellar Tera Pokémon ex, including Pikachu ex, which has a powerful Topaz Bolt attack. In this expansion, players can collect and battle with cards themed around the Terarium, an artificial paradise in The Hidden Area of Treasure Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. Players will also discover the Alolan Exeggutor ex, Latias ex, Archaludon ex, and more new Pokémon.

The expansion includes eight ACE SPEC trading cards, eight Stellar Tera Pokémon ex and nine Tera Pokémon ex, 23 illustration rare Pokémon, 11 special illustration rare Pokémon and Supporter cards, six hyper rare gold etched cards, and more.
Players can check out the game early at one of the Play! Pokémon prerelease tournaments, which start Oct. 26 at independent retailers. The game will also be available via the Pokémon TCG Live app one day before release. Trainers can collect and battle the new Stellar Tera Pokémon ex and get in-game bonuses when logging into the app.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet — Surging Sparks will be available in booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other special collections starting Nov. 8, with the Elite Trainer Box available for preorder now.
