Totally Toys, a specialty toy store, officially opens in Owings Mills, Maryland, for the holiday season. Located at the Valley Village Shopping Center, the specialty toy store welcomes consumers with a unique shopping experience that ignites creativity and learning.
Founded earlier this year, Totally Toys is a retail destination featuring a hand-picked selection of toys, games, puzzles, and more. Ruth, David, and Louey Simon formed Totally Toys to reignite the nostalgia and wonder of classic “mom-and-pop” toy stores for newer generations.
With assistance from David S. Brown Enterprises, Totally Toys has 2,269 square feet of retail space at 9131 Reisterstown Road. David S.
