If your kid has a certain amount of screen time this summer, they can use it to watch new PBS Kids titles and episodes! Different seasons and specials will premiere throughout the summer, so your kid can look forward to seeing their favorite characters during vacation.
This month, kids can follow Elinor, Ali, and Olive on new adventures in Season 2 of Elinor Wonders Why, which premieres today. On June 10, the whole family can sit down for the premiere of Pinkalicious A Pinkerton Family Vacation and watch as the family enters Beigeville on accident while searching for the Pink Wonders of the World.
On June 27, kids can watch new episodes of Molly of Denali, including a special Juneteenth episode where Trini, Molly, and Tooey plan the first Juneteenth celebration in Qyah. At the end of the month, on June 24, new episodes of Rosie’s Rules will feature inventing, music, recycling, and the importance of understanding rules.
The first day in July marks the premiere of Work It Out Wombats!, where Malik, Zadie, and Zeke learn about cause and effect, design, and patterns while on their new adventures. On July 26, kids can watch Brambletown, a narrative visual album film based on The Okee Dokee Brothers’ music. The series, which showcases construction paper-style animation, features best friends Fox and Badger through the ups and downs of life.
Finally, PBS Kids’ new summer programming includes Lyla in the Loop, which premieres on Aug. 5. The new episodes feature the Loops crew on new journeys and in new locations. They also introduce a new character, a 7-year-old Cuban girl named Ale.
