This acquisition aligns with Alliance Entertainment’s focus on expanding its portfolio of licensed products and further growing its collectibles division.
Alliance Entertainment acquired Handmade by Robots from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC (BDA). BDA and Alliance Entertainment will work together to support Handmade by Robots’ growth.
Handmade by Robots produces vinyl figures that mimic the appearance of knitted or crocheted plush toys. The company holds licensing agreements with notable franchises such as DC Comics, Ghostbusters, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and Stranger Things.
